OX Mail requires the Facade module to be correctly configured and running, the error looks like this seems to be the problem. Maybe you can reach out to your 123-reg support with this information to get help?

Hi Murphy, what is your provider and are you on Android or iOS?

OX Mail requires the Facade module to be correctly configured and running on the server side, the error looks like this seems to be the problem. Maybe you can reach out to your provider's support with this information to get help?
